Orquídeas, Kali Uchis
One of the few recent artists who has continuously made albums I can enjoy on repeat. Her last record Red Moon in Venus, was my most played of 2023 (while the other girlies were listening to SZA’s SOS and being depressed I was finally on the rebound of a two year depressive stint). I’m just as obsessed with this one, particularly tracks “Diosa” and “Igual Que Un Ángel.”
The Traitors U.S., Season 2
This show is PERFECT. Longer post to come soon, but ditching all the normies for reality TV stars was a genius move and the casting here is pitch perfect. Dan Gheesling, Parvati Shallow, and Phaedra Parks as Traitors is a gift from God! Truly one of the best reality shows airing right now and the melding of the Bravo, The Challenge, Survivor, and Big Brother universes is mind-blowing.
