Congrats! I've just started the book and it is everything I could ever want. A bell hooks and NeNe Leakes quote to kick things off? I'm in.

I have been a massive fan of yours since the first episode of Keep It! I love your take on everything pop culture, and I look forward to listening to you and Louis chat every week. I finished your book last night (for the record, I bought the audio and the print, so I'm a true stan), and I loved it. I love how you mixed your life with these pop culture moments that I also remember fondly. Thank you for this, and I can't wait for the next one... :-)

Congratulations on the book and the success! The sheer mention of USA High sent me into orbit.

And if we’re counting, first mention of Tisch on page 31 was tasteful.

As someone who treated “Sex, Drugs…” as almost like a manual to writing about pop culture, so much of your book reminds me of why I love writing about pop culture, and at a time where I haven’t creatively engaged with my own work, like my substack, it was encouraging to read fresh personal stories wrapped in cultural moments. I’m still working through it but it’s definitely inspiring me to get back on my work.
